How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will make every effort to ship your order within 4 working days of receiving your order (this does not include weekends and bank holidays) but we ship usually much sooner than that. If there is to be any delay for any reason you will be informed by email.
Special order items i.e. those which are made to order due to the item being of limited edition you will need to allow approximately 6 weeks for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched (and you live within the UK) expect your order to arrive within 4 working days. For shipments further afield, please allow between 4-14 working days.
Can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order by signing into your account and clicking on ‘My Orders’. There you’ll be able to see when your items were dispatched, and as well as any tracking codes assigned to your delivery.
What shall I do if my order is later than expected?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 days of the dispatch date for the UK, or 4-14 days for overseas, please get in touch with us at email@example.com or call +44 (0)1782 698 520 and we’ll make the necessary investigations and get back in touch to let you know what is going on.

What happens if I don’t like the item or it arrives damaged?
If for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase or it arrives damaged or is faulty, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it and we will issue you with a refund or replacement item. Just send us an email and if you have the time let us know why you are returning the item. Unfortunately this does not apply to items made to order i.e. items of very limited edition.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Who pays for the returns?
If your item arrived damaged, is incorrectly supplied or is faulty, we will refund the cost of postage.
In all other cases, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning the item. Remember to pack the item carefully and always obtain proof of postage/shipping since we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost items that are being returned.
