‘Same
is bad, old is good, new is better’ – perhaps not the
most elegant of philosophies, but a clear expression of our
approach to design. For us old is good – we love antiques,
relics, our grandparents, and tradition, but what we don’t
like
is the lazy, narrow-minded approach to product design which
simply seeks to repeat what has gone before, to copy the
past and present it as something new.
